Internal Audit Executive
Responsibility
- To plan the audit coverage and to prepare details of audit programs which will be used to evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls;
- To gather evidence to support audit findings and conclusions;
- To evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of risk management and internal control systems;
- To evaluate auditee’s compliance with policies, procedures and guidelines issued by Company and regulatory requirements;
- To promptly escalate any major findings involving wrong doings or frauds uncovered of suspected during the course of an audit;
- To prepare work papers adequately documenting audit work performed;
- To communicate with auditees on audit findings and provide appropriate recommendations for improvement;
- To prepare and review draft audit reports for timely presentation to Head of Internal Audit Department for approval;
- To follow up with auditees on outstanding audit findings for timely resolution/ rectification actions;
- To conduct ad-hoc assignment or investigation as and when directed by the higher management; and
- To establish and maintain effective working relationships within the Group.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or its equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in internal or external audit;
- Possess a high standard of communication skills, both written and oral;
- Ability to relate to people at all levels in the organisation;
- Ability to plan and prioritize competing workload demands;
- Exercise sound and reliable judgments;
- Ability to work additional hours over and above contracted hours when the job requires;
- Ability to work to deadlines with minimum supervision; and
- Must possess own transport and willing to travel.

Sustainability Executive
Responsibility
- Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives to drive environmental and social responsibility within the Company;
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to evaluate the company's environmental impact and identify areas for improvement;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into various business functions, such as supply chain management, product development, and operations;
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to sustainability and ensure compliance with relevant standards;
- Establish and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and industry associations, to promote sustainability initiatives and partnerships;
- Monitor and report on key sustainability metrics and performance indicators to track progress towards sustainability goals and targets;
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to educate employees on sustainable practices and promote a culture of sustainability within the organization;
- Engage with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to promote sustainable business practices and foster a sense of shared responsibility; and
- Lead the development and implementation of sustainable packaging solutions and waste management strategies.
Requirements
- At least one (1) year experience in managing MSPO/ISCC certification.

Risk & Governance Supervisor/ Executive
Responsibility
- Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a palm oil plantation, whilst ensuring all activities comply with MSPO/ISCC sustainability standards, including proper harvesting practices, workers welfare, and environmental protection;
- Monitor all plantation operations adhere to MSPO/ISCC guidelines regarding land use, pesticide application, water management, and social responsibility;
- Part of the team, to conduct an internal audit for MSPO/ISCC; and
- Ensuring Company’s Manuals Compliance.
Requirements
- At least one (1) year experience in managing MSPO/ISCC certification;
- Minimum SPM or Diploma holder;
- Possess good communication skills; and
- Flexible to take on ad hoc assignment when necessary.
